I am writing to describe our recent positive experience with Bob Bengloff in the sale of a Palm Beach, Florida condominium. My brother and I inherited this property upon the death of our mother. We knew a real estate agent in the area who had known our mother and shown her many kindnesses as a friend.. Therefore, we listed the property with her for a year. She had few showings. In essence, allowing property tax and condo fees to
pile up without insightful marketing or pricing input into the real estate situation there. 

Upon hearing of Bob, my brother and I had several frank and intelligent discussions
